How we count
- A donation counts only once a second member of our team has confirmed it arrived.
- Spending counts once it is paid, and every expense is approved by someone other than the person who asked for it.
- Every amount is converted to USD once, when it is recorded, using the exchange rate a finance administrator had entered for that day. Reports add these stored USD values; they are never recalculated with later rates.
